By using any washer, dryer, kiosk, vending machine, restroom, or other equipment or facility at Elite Laundry LLC, or by using a LaundroWorks card at this location, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) in full.
By entering the premises, using any equipment, or using a LaundroWorks card at Elite Laundry LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the equipment or facilities.
Elite Laundry LLC provides self-service laundry equipment for customer use. You select the machine, set the cycle, load and unload your items, and operate the equipment. Elite Laundry LLC is not a bailee of your property. You assume all risk of loss or damage to clothing, personal property, and belongings while on the premises.

Violation may result in fire, machine damage, and denial of premises access, and you accept full responsibility for any resulting damage to Elite Laundry LLC equipment or premises.
ELITE LAUNDRY LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING ANY SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT OR SERVICE PROVIDED AT ELITE LAUNDRY LLC. Ordinary laundering carries inherent risks including but not limited to shrinkage, color transfer, fading, loss of elasticity, wear to trim and buttons, and damage to items with hidden defects or aged fabric. Customer accepts these risks.
ELITE LAUNDRY LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO CLOTHING, PERSONAL PROPERTY, VEHICLES, OR ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED ON THE PREMISES.
IF ELITE LAUNDRY LLC IS FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM SELF-SERVICE USE — WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY — ITS TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $6.00 PER POUND OF LAUNDRY OR THE ACTUAL WASH CHARGE FOR THE LOAD, WHICHEVER IS LESS, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL EXCEED $100.00 PER INCIDENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ELITE LAUNDRY LLC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES FOR SENTIMENTAL VALUE.
If a machine fails to complete a paid cycle, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid or a credit to your LaundroWorks card. All refund requests must be submitted through the Refund Request form at elitelaundryaz.com/refunds within 24 hours of the incident. The form requires your LaundroWorks card number and the machine number. Refund requests submitted through any other channel or after 24 hours are waived.
Use of a LaundroWorks card at Elite Laundry LLC constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Card balances are non-refundable in cash except at Elite Laundry LLC’s discretion.
Lost or stolen cards will be replaced only if the card was registered at the VAC kiosk with name and phone or email at the time of loss. Registered cards will be reissued with the last known balance minus the cost of the replacement card. Unregistered cards cannot be replaced or credited — Elite Laundry LLC has no way to verify balance or ownership of an unregistered card. Elite Laundry LLC is not responsible for balances used on any card before a loss is reported.
Access to the premises outside attended hours (7:00 AM–10:00 PM) is a privilege limited to LaundroWorks cardholders in good standing with a pre-determined minimum card balance. All card use — including store entry, machine use, and restroom access — is logged. Wall electrical outlets are inactive outside attended hours. Restroom access outside attended hours requires a machine use within the prior 90 minutes. Elite Laundry LLC may revoke after-hours access at any time and for any reason.
The premises are monitored by continuous video recording 24 hours per day for security purposes. By entering, you consent to being recorded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Elite Laundry LLC’s premises or services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pinal County, Arizona.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Laundry LLC regarding your use of the self-service laundry equipment and facilities, and supersede any prior oral or written representations, understandings, or agreements.
Elite Laundry LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to elitelaundryaz.com/terms. Continued use of the equipment or facilities after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
