This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Laundry LLC (“Elite Laundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit elitelaundryaz.com (the “Site”), submit forms through the Site, use our services, or otherwise interact with us. Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our service providers, including LaundroWorks/Cents (our payment and rewards card processor) related to your Elite Rewards card usage, balance, and transaction history, and analytics providers used by our website host.
Payment card note. Credit and debit card entries are not accepted through the Site. All card payments are entered at the in-store Value Add Center (VAC) kiosk and processed by our payment processor. Elite Laundry does not store or have access to full credit or debit card numbers.

Our physical location at 1156 E Florence Blvd, Suite 1, Casa Grande, AZ, is monitored by 24-hour video recording for the safety and security of customers and property. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded. Notice of this recording is posted at the entrance.
Our Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including LaundroWorks account management, the LaundryCat App, and social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies separately.
Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. You use the Site at your own risk.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Wash & Fold order records and related information are retained for at least 90 days from pickup or abandonment.
