How the Elite Rewards card works — from getting one, to loading it, to running a machine.

Every machine at Elite Laundry runs on our reusable Elite Rewards card — the same card handles washers, dryers, vending, and earns rewards on every visit. Watch the short video below and you’ll be set up in minutes.

The Elite Rewards card is FREE if you register it at the Value Add Center kiosk before the card is dispensed.
If you choose not to register before the card is dispensed, the card costs $1.00. This $1.00 is automatically deducted from the first amount you load onto the card. Registering later does not refund the $1.00.
Lost cards: $1.00 replacement fee. Your remaining balance is transferred to your replacement card, minus the $1.00 fee.
Only registered cards can be replaced if lost or stolen. Unregistered cards cannot be tracked or refunded.
